    Possibly. eg. A unit trust with units owned separately by yourself and the SMSF. You could borrow using your units as security. or Yourself and the SMSF as tenants in common with you using funds borrowed from a LOC secured on another property.

    Off the top of my head I can't think of any reason why not. As long as it is a non related party.
