    Yes I agree. I think the potential investor has to make a call on this. If they think there will be little to no growth then there is no point in investing in property. Money would be better invested elsewhere.

    If you want to go even more aggressive... $600,000 / 0.25 = $2,400,000 So, using 20% deposits and allowing for 5% costs you could buy more property to the value of $2.4mil
