    So a couple have each other as their EPOA? What happens if both lose capacity? Sorry for the questions but it seems you might have to have several attorneys just in case?

    So a letter from the Dr officially stating loss of capacity with an application to tribunal should do it then ? What happens if the person you appoint attorney to becomes incapacitated?

    So, if one partner loses capacity, the other can't do anything with assets without EPOA then ? This could leave those without an EPOA in a terrible situation where all assets are in limbo?

    Just on this....a question if I may? Husband and Wife, all assets in joint names. Would these people need EPOA ?
