Uh... if it really is a Maltese... I don't think you are going to have much to worry about. The dog's likely to be *heaps* better than some human tenants we have had. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maltese_(dog) Put in a deodorize/fumigate requirement for end of lease in additoin to normal...- The Y-man
