    Plenty other reasons too :) For starters: 1. with the price diff, you can do a pretty decent value ad spruce up 2. size of the floor plan - I'll be surprised if the so called "2 double bedrooms" in the new project means "yes you can get a double bed in, but you won't be able to walk around...
