    Kerry - this is how it should look - while I know you feel the other information is important (and it is to you), as far as the external observer (CTTT included) is concerned, these are the key points. As far as the tenant's claims are involved, you need to provide exactly what they said...

    You'd reckon in this day and age, the judge would have a laptop/pc connected to the net on the bench, and you'd email a link to the right section from your mobile device.... :D The Y-man

    But were the tenant in place whn they took over? if that's the case the new agent shoulkd have done there due diligence when taking over - an should appear for you at any hearing. Ask this agent if they really are serious about keeping you as a client.... The Y-man
