The trailer was constantly being raised, lowered, angled, etc... by a guy walking out front with a hand controller. Pretty awesome trailer. $350 000 worth. All the neighbours were out and about having a look. Not something you see everyday.

Someone didn't move their car on the day even though they were told twice prior to the house move that they would need to move the car. So the movers had to go up and over. Was pretty cool.

The move is under the building license of the person moving the house. The stumping doesn't exceed even the retail value. The certifier is happy to sign off the project. I'm sick of defending myself to you perp. You seem to want to catastrophise everything I do. You argued for ages...

The house is already built. House gets moved by one guy who has a building license. Then to hook up electric and plumbing is less than the $11000 cut off. Once it's on the block and hooked up to services the certifier signs it off.

No owner builder needed in this instance due to it being a removal house

It's all going ahead next week, half the house gets shifted Tuesday night and half the house gets shifted Thursday night. Then it's time to reno reno reno. Yaaay. :D

Originally the house was advertised for $100 000 not including council fees, electrical or plumbing reconnection. We got the house portion down from $50 000 to $16 000 because they just wanted to get rid of it. Then the stumping portion for $18 000 we got down to $6-$7k by doing it ourselves...

Just for the reno I highly doubt I'll go beyond $20k. Check out my previous reno threads, I don't spend a lot.

Hahaha :) My day job is 4 days a week. And 5 of my days off per fortnight are weekdays, plus a get mornings before work because I start from lunchtime onwards. But then I've started a small business which takes up a morning here or there because I was just having too much free time! :)...
