gooram I'm surprised you see the freeway north as bottle necked and a problem. I've always lived North and love it and I love my frreeway!! I've always thought that the freeway south of Perth was bottle necked. I hate that road towards Mandurah. At least freeway north is a prettier drive...

We are looking for a reno. Hope to fix it up and put it back on the market within three months but it hasn't been easy at all. I haven't seen anything with sufficient margin in it to develop and sell again within this market. Frustrating!:rolleyes: Anyway, the search continues.
