Was on the Market for a week and sold. A week later back on. Maybe the buyer couldn't get finance or there's a big dirty main sewer pipe in the middle of the yard lol:)

    Is it time for Frankston?

I noticed there's a lot of odd shaped blocks and houses on angles in Karigal and Frankston Nth area. It would make it hard to keep the existing house and subdivide. Do you thinks there's a market to buy a large block that the house needs to knocked down and sell the subdivision and plans for a...

    Is it time for Frankston?

I think what Lord Shanghai is saying he wouldn't recommend these glitzy overpriced units to a investor. Most people will buy not knowing that they maybe paid to much but for most its the life style thing to live in a apartment.

I'm just thinking can a private town planner do everything for you when it comes to subdividing? So I can just pay them and they handle all the paper work DA's and so on.

    Is it time for Frankston?

Spiderman, neeko, Lord Shanghai.:) Looks like Frankston north could be for the more experienced investor. I could be wrong (I'm a newbie) but I think its buy and start your subdividing ASAP I don't think its buy and hold for years later. That's why I was looking at this Karingal area the...

    Is it time for Frankston?

I forgot to add I'll be putting in low offers with this Ray white. They seem to have a lot way under median price EDIT. Isn't population growth a factor in CG. Frankston has a 13.02% population growth estimate for the next 20 odd years that can't be good.

    Is it time for Frankston?

Thanks Guys. LOL that's why I couldn't find any stats because its not a suburb. I don't know the first thing about to develop, but I want the potential to develop in the future. I think as Australia's population grows anything with a nice size parcel of land even undeveloped is going to be...

Im looking at Frankston. Now a lot of good buys in Karingal, is that a suburb of Frankston? and is that housing commision area?. Or if possible is it better to stay between Nepean HWY and Frankston FWY.
