I think it's one of those irrefutable rules of the universe that more dirt always comes out of a hole than can actually fill it. Not sure how you prove that, but personal eye-witness evidence would suggest that it's true:D

Re Christmas, I was browsing in the local mega shopping complex last week getting ideas and prices, as you do. Partner was there today picking up some Xmas stuff so I asked him to get some things I'd spotted - pole tennis, cricket wickets, fishing rod etc. All there last Thursday. All gone...
