This is right. The old money is around the harbour and may have a family holiday house on the Northern Beaches. The North Shore has always been a mixed area - mostly very aspirational. There is some old money there but not as much as some would think. Actually, there are a lot of people wanting...

Think you were spot on with that. This part of the demographic has certainly contributed to the shortage of stock. Those who remain as tenants prove to be reliable and long term. From a purely numbers pov they've been good for the area, it turns out.

I guess it gets boring but go for it if it fills in your day. It's more the button-pushing and lack or respect that might offend some. Good luck! :D
