Good question. NSW is certainly powering. Surely going to another capital city and going regional NSW would be ideal. The thing to do with country areas would be to buy well under median price and reno where needed. But why Goulbourn when it's done the same as Sydney? I'd go further afield...

Just had a quick look at Liverpool on realestate.com.au and it looks out of control. Prices have gone up a lot and there are auctions and sold in one week exclamations all over the place. The 2 bedda next to mine (Harris Park) sold in a couple of days at an astronomical price. There's nowhere...
