    If you read closely, you would see that I had renovated 2 IPs within 12 months.. That was over $70k worth... Also have 4 kids which im not sure you are aware of how much $$ they soak.

    Yes they did. They basically negated all the renovations on the 09 property as she was unsure whether it needed council approval or not. I was advised by council that anything within the limits of the existing property boundary does not require approval. So she took the conservative route...
