    Thanks for the response. I don't think the seller will accept the $10k reduction so most likely going to terminate. It's a shame but it is what it is.

    Not sure on the wording (Dont have it in front of me), But it specifically allows me to terminate if I am not satisfied. I have basically said to the seller, I would need $10k to fix these unforseen issues if I was to be satisfied to progress.
