I'm going to be shopping again straight after xmas.
This latest drop has given us enough cashflow to comfortably afford another IP. Then we sit tight and wait for the equity fairy :)
sweet.... im 6.06% with the CBA, and i settle on 16th Dec so i should start off on that nice low rate.
I'm basically cashflow neutral with this drop! Yay!
The RBA doesnt meet in january do they? I read somewhere that said that, and therefore they are thinking for 2 months with their meeting today.
With that in mind - im hedging for 125bp drop.
