Ahh yes! So are they referring their BA clients to off the plan listings where they are acting as marketers for developers or their agency listings where they are getting a commission from a vendor - this is the part that becomes a conflict as unable to fulfil duty if being paid commissions...

How are double commissions achieved legally? I didn't think agent licensing allowed for that. How did they get around it?
