OK - "joke" is a perception and you can argue perceptions all day and not get anywhere. If someone wants a card that says "stay at home mum" or "Xenia's retired dad" then another person's perception should not be something they consider when making that choice. I do not argue on view points!

I agree totally - we always take details and everyone is followed up too - just offering a perspective that if there were many people looking through attention could have been diverted to those who look more genuine. Still no excuse for ignoring someone completely.
