Imho its way too late, USA property market is recover already. Let say property in Atlanta when Karina, MTR, others bought is around (approx) $40-70k. Now you can still get $90ish but need rehab. Then again AUD currency is 1.1 vs 0.8 ish now But do you believe it will happens again in 10-15...
