The burning tree was the best I had. There is a bus stop and a small lane right next to the house used by students who take the bus, and they scorched the tree. I guess the base is a lot stronger than the top which really got flamed, apparently. It was an interesting experience, though...

I hope I live up to expectations. As a bit of a caveat: I've never done renos or subdivisions, never done developments or found a real bargain. I just save money and buy property. Alex
