That is my problem Painter I work hard to do the right thing and all legal, but it is at a cost, and I do wonder how people do what they say they do and be legal, maybe I'm missing something :cool: when i do renos i put in the best i can to make the work stand out from the weekend warriors...

and i agree with painter ,the damage is mostly superficial ,nothing i could see rang bells in my head ,these old housing commision homes were built to super specifications ,using hard and i mean hard wood ,although $40,00 does seems a bit on the optimistic side .
