Clifton Hill That was a clear case of underquoting. The price achieved was reasonable. The idea you could pick up, even a non liveable, house is Clifton hill near 450-500 was a bit of a joke... Cheers Aussie

I agree prices are down. This time of the year always quiet. Good time to buy imo as it most likely will ramp up as Autumn kicks in. Having said that the market taking some significant serviceability hits so you never know.

Acacia Apartments Yes these apartments in Northcote are very controversial - if you buy be prepared to be not very well liked by the yippy (half yuppy half hippy) locals. Im sure with time all will be forgiven.

nice example csj I reckon anywhere between 470 and 570k. I havent seen it either but its in a nice position. Considering theres a much tinier place of similar ilk in Urquart st asking 520 private sale it should go above 520. Anything under 500 is an bargain See you there!!!!!!!!!!

good guess - but more. Ok - I cant handle the suspence - From memory it was either 860 or 870k. Not baaad....Westgarth is the hot spot in Northcote though. Nice Village atmosphere. But i would still say that this time last year this house would have expected to get 550-600k. cheers Aussie
