regrow, did CBA come back to you regarding 6.86%? I too have a loan for around $450k and the best they are offering me is 6.97% and I am worried about filling out the customer discharge form in case they dont come back to me and then i dont have a loan or a house. Especially as I havent spoken...

Thanks twobobs for the guide....we just finalised our loan with CBA. Havent made our first payment yet. Do you think they would budge or would we need to wait for awhile to make a few payments?
