Lol.... These were 2-5yo kids. Dye stains in the carpet, Cat s#*t everywhere, including kids bedrooms. Not good!!- battle on

These are a few of my Tenant from Hell pics, only had 2 bad ones over the 10 years I have had rentals but it never ceases to amaze me how people can live like this, let alone letting their children live like this too.- battle on
