    I reckon there must've been 2 people pushing to live in that particular street for whatever reason. No other recent sales even come close to this. A house and land on that would be around 1.1mil!

    I'm still gobsmacked by this one in Greystanes: http://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-nsw-greystanes-114671107 3 months ago it would've gone for high 4's at best. I thought it could go for mid 5's at auction.

    My target suburb has just increased 20-30k in the last month! Kicking myself I didn't make higher offers In july. My crystal ball obviously needed a good service. Now I have to look at neighbouring suburbs as the numbers dont work for me now.
