Jaycee one issue with these apartments is finance. Often a lender's criteria will include inner city post codes which they consider higher risk (say 6000-6003 inclusive), and require a higher deposit of 20-30%. Not to say you wont get finance at 90% - some non-bank lenders might do it for you...
