    Hi Sabitor, I do not own any IP's, however I am a keen follower of property and shares. The more I research now, the better off I'll be when I'm ready to purchase an IP! I do own a town house in Seaford as mentioned earlier - actually, I'll own it after settlement!

    According to the graph only up from $218K to $225K which is 3.2%. Dont see how that is "up considerably". Even though they are up this quarter, they are -5.5% since the Mar 08 quarter so nothing to be excited about. Up considerably, LOL...

    Sorry but I'd have to disagree with the same type of ppl living in Seaford as Frankston North. Definitely a difference IMO. Of course your wants/needs are different. You are looking at an investment, I bought because thats where I see myself living for 10+ years.

    Well I just bought a 4 year old brick town house with 3 bedrooms (all with built in robes), 2 bathrooms, double lock up garage in quiet no through road in Seaford for $275K. I have rented in Carrum and Carrum Downs for a few years now, no way in hell I'd want to buy a house in Frankston North...
