Yes, It is the old screw and washer type (see photos in previous post). Can they just be smothered in silicone? Would that work? Is there a kind of paint that is like spraying silicone on the roof? I was only planning to keep this one for about 5 years.... JB

Thx painter, I am only planning this one to be a keeper for about 5 years so I'm trying to minimise costs, but stop the leak. At least I think the attached photo is damage caused by a leak?? Any opinions.... Cheers, JB

Hello, Just wondering if anyone can recommend a sealant for a leaky old asbestos roof....Preferably one that can be sprayed on. Thx, JB
