thanks for the feedback. so i've missed the boat? the property is not a city unit in a high rise but rather a unit in the beaches in the eastern suburbs. i thought it had room to move because it is not in great shape and it is 100m2 which is pretty big for a unit, had a nice view, LUG etc...
