Well it was currently rented for $250 pw, so that might need an increase in the near future to help with holding costs. Block was a bit narrow for my liking only 15m frontage, but I guess you could just double stack them. Moving on, whats going on south of the city lately? sick of the north haha

Valid point, but... I was just thinking in terms of land value not taking into account the house that was sitting on the block. The gladstone st property is also really close to churchill rd and shares a fenceline with commercial/industrial property so I think that would devalue it. As for...
