I have some spare cash, so I want to put it down to start paying down debt. I have 4 IPs on LOCs, on 80% value of the IP and another LOC that is for all of the 20% depositis. Should I pay some off each one, or just pick one and pay that down - perhaps the deposit one? Thanks
