Just found out from real estate agent that they need to give them 30 days from the date the contract goes unconditional.

Really?? I didn't know that! So is it 60 days from the settlement date or can we give them notice once it goes unconditional? And what about the vacancy inspections, bond retrieval etc., will the real estate agent do that on our behalf, since it will then be our property when they vacate...
