Some pictures from DVD video I took just before the roof was painted: showing how bad the quality of their work. I arrived at 6AM and took the photos and videos.

Pa1nter: the photo was taken shortly before they applied Dulux paint. I'm not sure which step requires electricity. But anyway, they skipped that step.

There are a couple of issues here. The first, of course, is the water leak. The second one is what job actually needs electricity. They skipped it. The third issue the quality of the work these two guys did. It's evident on the photos above: see the big cracks in the mortar.

Thanks Pa1nter, I always check BSA and make sure all tradies we are going to hire are licenced and have no restrictions. I just rang the company. The message says the company will be open on 07/01 (next Thursday). The open house is Wednesday. I don't know I should repaint the ceiling or not...
