The rental situation has definitely improved. My short term tenants stayed 7 months and moved out last week. The townhouse is already re-let, albeit at the lower rent, but there were a number of prospective tenants, so maybe its Cairns turn to start shining again. :D Chris

Sailor I agree, I had terrible problems letting my Yorkeys Knob townhouse, in the end I had to drop the rent by $50 and accept a short term lease. My Commercial office had a 3 year lease on it but the tenants were large builders and have grown so much they have moved into larger premises...
