no i am actually a builder, i have desighns tucked away in my head , both from training and experience, draw somthing down and start to overlay it upun each other , the idea i had in mind would fit on a block of about 790 m2 ish,

in my opinion , and i have spoken dallee about this , it seems to me the newer style flat roof ,and curved roof desighns , came in and every one wanted one, then they were not so popular any more, it was one of those cutting edge roof desighns that lasted 4 years or so, the square box desighened...

the home will age very quickly, try and go with a split level desighn , rather than directly two story, you can still have the two story, but taken up with two or three split levels,

WATCH OUT! for the totals at the end of the estimates, some builders will give you allowances for ie, 8k kitchen, tiles for 1 row around the floor , no air, etc... and if you don't like those options you will be paying for the upgrades and extras, easily could add to another 50k +.
