    Thanks for sharing that. I'm a lawyer. If I take money out of my trust account for the wrong purposes I get prosecuted. Here in Qld bonds are held by a Government body so none of this crapola happens. Your lawyer will need to consider these issues. DaveM seems to have a good handle on matters...
