    if interest rates continue to go up wouldn't that put a cap on demand for housing on the areas already experiencing mortgage stress? or are these areas more driven by investor returns than general public? my understanding is that only rich areas perform in higher interest rate environments...

    hi sash i'm keen to get your thoughts on whether you see any value in houses in the middle suburbs. in particular, the hills district sydney. i was hoping to get in but it seems like i may have missed the boat and will need to wait for the next correction
