    Next time the rent came up for review, which is six months at most (in SA, anyway), the extra fee would be added to the rent. It's not rocket science, Jaycee.

    If it is charged to the owner, it will be oncharged to the tenant anyway. And I'm not sure why the owner should be charged for the tenant making their payment.
