Second property is over 1200 sqm. Price seems fine to me.

Agent inspected our Pendle Hill IP and thinks that they can achieve 1.1 mil. Compared to the above property, ours is 720 sqm with 18 frontage. It is also front sloping. I'm a bit tempted but it is a cash cow thanks to the granny flat.

Just wondering.... When did you move to Perth? Those two places are 640 sqm land which is just 20 mins walking distance to the Parramatta CBD. Current prices are not overly surprising.

Take it easy Soctt. I didn't say you have a Harbour view. I said "you can see the Sydney harbour.." :p I would prefer to have that sort of higher up view where I can see the trees, lights, river and eventually tiny harbour compared to a place where you can only see neighbour's windows.

Are you talking about 16 Calla Grove, Pendle Hill? If it is then you can actually see the Sydney harbour from that spot!

First bullet point - "Moments to several schools, including Girraween High" Do the primary school kids have lower cut off mark? How about the kids on waiting list? Do they give preference to nearby students? How about joining a selective school after year 7? Does it happen frequently?
