Sorry not in this thread. I was more reffering to how the topic in general a few years back was the 40% falls expected in the next year to now talking about a delay in any recovery. Thats enough of a swing for me to have a chuckle. One could say we have had a mini BOOM in sentiment.

A delay in any building recovery is still better than the 40% crash we never had.
