I got the same. Also .02% on my fixed. And this was only for the two loans not across the board. I will be pushing harder with my current loan request.

I currently have an additional .05% on my variables ( on top of the .7) And .02% additional on my fixed( on top of the .2) My current subdivision will put me over 1 million. I will try to negotiate a better deal accross the board. Should be interesting. Oh its westpac by the way.

To all the people negotiating a bigger discount. Is it for just the one loan or all there loans ?

For real!!!!!! Tell me how my friend. My next loan will put me over the 1 mil mark and the most I can get above the .7 so far is an extra .05% on the variable and .01% on the fixed.
