    Why it may be a good idea to use a company to own property

    So if I am doing a development and purchase the property under a company - I would be up for the following taxes: 1. Income Tax of 30% (on profit made) 2. GST (less margin share) 3. CGT Is that correct or is the CGT and income tax the same thing (this is the part that confuses me)?
