    Wow, I don't think that's for me... I can only manage an hour a day of exercise and my goal is to be healthier rather than bulk-up. I'm also more after flexibility due to my tennis. I find that big muscles and tennis do not mix! :p How may hours does your friend train daily, BV?

    I've removed cakes, fruit juices/softdrinks, rice, 2-3 coffee + creme + sugar, cups of rice, chips and chocolates from my daily diet so I think the 1/2 tbsp sugar and the sugar from the yoghurt is enough at the moment to to ease my craving. :o:D. I eat wholemeal or multi-grain bread...
