I hope you are right! But I really don't know. I own a property in Bundaberg, Svennson Heights to be precise. 3 bed, 2 bath, 1 car on 915 m2. CF slightly -ve to neutral. Fantastic tenants and a wonderful property management team. Is it the place to invest? Dunno for sure. Time will tell us...
