    And this is precisely why investors need at least 1 or 2 cash flow positive properties in a portfolio, or they cant ever get ahead of the curve. Unless you are a cash buyer, portfolio's are built with equity AND cash flow and from borrowing. You cant get very far with only equity or only cash...
