Dazzling, You obviously have substantial loans with the bank(s). Wouldn't you be better off dealing with a shiny bum within the bank higher up the ladder in town rather than an MB or a useless loans officer at a branch? I'm sure you'll get some action there. I have un X colled loans no worries...

You would probably make more money as a 'swing' consultant (one on one, workshops, seminars etc) and use your book for credibility. Rather than make money off the book itself, which is difficult in any decent amount.
