Melbourne Outer Suburbs - Waiting For The Ripple...

Yes, I did get a pleasant surprise on the capital growth side from Traralgon, and it's further aided by bullish comments from magazine and local newspapers. On the way to Lakes Entrance last weekend, I did notice that only Sale and Traralgon have decent weekend crowd, which confirmed a renowned...

I personally would stick to share trading and CFD for quick returns above 20%.. RE is not suited for quick speculative gain, more suited to "set and forget" due to high transaction cost. If you're looking for that sort of return consistently in RE, be prepared to get ur hands dirty, and buy...

It's all about good school! Hi DaveMC: This increase without improvement isn't unexpected I'd think, given the % increase in the surrounding area. Glen Waverley has gone up 28% between March and June (3rd best performing suburb for that quarter after Balwyn North and McKinnon)

Melbourne Outer Suburbs - Waiting For The Ripple...

city of manningham, whitehorse, knox and monash has already gone up in big way since the beginning of this yr, and I expect the ripple effect from inner city suburbs to flow through again, bringing price to new high (esp. these places are the so called 1st choice entry points for new immigrants...
