Why it may be a good idea to use a company to own property
Sorry for the slang, I find it much more interesting than the Queen's english. Probably with a 'c' Terry, the house I am selling was pre 1985, but the 2 houses I buy with this money will obviously attract stamp duty and will be used for rental income, I thought that made them 50% cgt.
