Certainly the final contract of sale would include this but if we have a CofO I cant see what the original building contract needs to be included for as you cant get a cof without having had the building permit passed

Does anyone know if a copy of the Building Permit has to be included by law in the Section 32 or will a CofO suffice at this stage. I am happy to provide a copy of the Building Permit in the Contract of Sale once an offer is made but would prefer not to have it on show with the cost of the...
