From my experience and could be the same for other people. Buying brand new has some advantage over older houses in regional towns when buying for investment sight unseen. Buying in gladstone will be the first time i've bought in a place i've never even been to little own seen the house. So...

Thanks rooster and big tone. I've decided to buy/build a new 4 bed house in emmadale gardens. Hopefully prices and rents move up significantly in the 6 months it'll take to complete. Soon i'll be lookin for a good property manager. Any recommendations,? Wats a standard fee up that way? Cheers.

Best Estate in Gladstone Hi Does any one know anything about the different new estates in gladstone? Which one is the best to buy/invest in and why? How far developed they are? So far i've found Emmadale Little creek Stoneybrook Vantage(cant even find the location exactly of this one)...
