    I didn't "get" the book. It didn't do anything for me. But that's me. I liked "The Science of Personal Achievement" much more. Simon & Julie did "get" it. It obviously suited their mindset better than it suited mine. They have done extremely well as a result. Many people in this forum...

    Yep. "The Science of Personal Achievement" from Pow Wow Events- cost $145 for 5 CDs. Or there is Think and Grow Rich for $97 for 6 CDs. I find it very useful to have things like this to listen to in the car- it makes it less of a time waster.

    Then change the way you think of it. "You have something within yourself which can achieve great things". "Your subconscious is powerful". But if you don't believe there's anything inside of you, internal or external, then it will take a lot longer to achieve great things.

    Balmy- "Mild, clement, pleasant, gentle". Hardly welath characteristics. However- barmy- "crazy, mad, daft, silly". I can just see the "balmy army" at the cricket in Australia- lying back, enjoying the game quietly :D

    What works for somer does not work for others. I found some of Hill's stuff a bit over the top as well- it's not for me. The fundamental ideas I find OK, but I found them taken too far. I can visualise things, and that will motivate me- but a mantra of a specific amount of money...
